Terms & Conditions

Provide accurate information and keep your account details current. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use another person's account or payment method without permission.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase or other agreement, or have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision where permitted by law. The Services are not directed to children under 13. Individual events or services may have additional age requirements.

Menu items, products, artwork, prices, and availability may change. Review your items, quantities, pickup or shipping information, and total before submitting an order. Applicable taxes and any shipping or other charges are displayed during checkout. You authorize the payment charges you approve at checkout.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs, payment cannot be completed, or we reasonably suspect fraud. We will notify you using the contact information provided and refund amounts collected for items we cancel or cannot supply. We will not increase an agreed price without your approval.

Payments are processed through third-party payment services. Please do not send full card numbers or security codes by email or through our contact form.

Follow the pickup instructions in your order confirmation. Preparation, pickup, and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. For shipped purchases, provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact us promptly about address errors or delivery issues.

Tell our staff about food allergies before ordering. Ingredients may change, and our preparation areas may handle common allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Online descriptions and special instructions are not a substitute for confirming dietary needs with staff.

For an incorrect, missing, damaged, or unsatisfactory item, contact us promptly at hello@enochs.nyc with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the circumstances and applicable law to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Cancellation may not be possible once food preparation, fulfillment, or shipping has begun. Any product-specific return or cancellation policy disclosed before purchase also applies. These Terms do not make all purchases final or remove statutory rights for defective or misdescribed goods. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.

Before subscribing, review the plan's price, delivery frequency, commitment period, prepaid amount, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions shown at checkout. A recurring subscription authorizes recurring charges only as disclosed and accepted when you enroll. Plans may continue month-to-month after an initial term as explained in the plan details.

You can manage available subscription options in your account or contact us for help. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to avoid future renewals, subject to the commitment terms you accepted. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a charge already processed or a shipment already prepared; contact us about those situations. Any prepaid-term or minimum-commitment conditions must be disclosed before enrollment.

We will provide legally required notices and obtain any required consent for changes to recurring prices or terms. Applicable automatic-renewal and cancellation rights remain in effect.

Enoch's Circle rewards, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to the eligibility, redemption, expiration, and other conditions communicated with each program or offer. Rewards are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Do not create duplicate accounts or use fraudulent activity to obtain rewards.

We may correct errors or address misuse and may change programs with any notice required by law. Changes will not override rights already protected by law or the terms of an accepted offer.

Event capacity, schedules, performers, and admission requirements may vary. An RSVP, waitlist entry, performer application, or private-event inquiry is not a confirmed booking unless we expressly confirm it. Follow the event's posted rules and staff instructions, and treat guests, performers, artwork, and the space respectfully.

Event-specific ticket, deposit, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided with the event or booking agreement. If we cancel or materially change a paid event, we will communicate the available options, subject to applicable law. A separate signed private-event agreement controls that booking where its terms differ from these Terms.

You retain ownership of creative work you submit. Submit only material you own or have permission to share, including any required permissions from people depicted in it. Your submissions must not infringe others' rights or contain unlawful material.

By submitting work for review, you permit us to store, reproduce, and share it internally as needed to evaluate and administer your submission. Public exhibition, promotional use, sales, commissions, and any additional licensing are subject to the permissions and specific terms agreed for that submission or exhibition. Submission alone does not guarantee acceptance, display, a sale, or payment.

Do not misuse the Services by committing fraud, harassing others, submitting malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or collecting personal information without permission. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Our branding, website design, text, photographs, and other materials belong to Enoch's or their respective owners. You may browse and use them for personal, noncommercial purposes. Other use requires the rights holder's permission unless permitted by law. Buying artwork or a product does not itself transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Third-party websites, payment services, and delivery marketplaces have their own terms and privacy policies. Links do not mean we control or endorse their content.

If you place an order through a delivery marketplace, its checkout, payment, delivery, and support terms also apply. Start with that platform's order-support tools for marketplace order issues. A reference to a marketplace does not mean delivery is currently available.

We work to keep information accurate and the Services available, but cannot promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance or update features. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not limit mandatory product warranties or consumer remedies.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. We will provide additional notice or seek consent where required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change completed purchases or agreed booking terms.

These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available. Please contact us first about concerns so we can try to resolve them; doing so is not a condition of exercising your legal rights.
