Every bag is roasted in small batches by Shared Roasting and shipped weekly. If you're not completely satisfied with your first delivery, we'll send you a replacement or refund your order — no questions asked.
QUESTIONS
You can choose weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly delivery. Weekly delivery ensures maximum freshness — your beans are roasted and shipped the same week you receive them. You can change your delivery frequency anytime from your account.
We partner with Shared Roasting, a Brooklyn-based roaster specializing in small-batch specialty coffee. They roast in small batches and ship weekly, meaning your beans are always fresh — never sitting on a shelf.
We offer two signature blends: House Rules (a smooth medium roast) and Chock Full o' Noch's (a bold medium-dark roast). Plus Roots Radical, a vibrant single origin from Huila, Colombia at $22/bag. And our Artist Label — the same House Rules blend with a limited-edition artist sticker on every bag.
Artist Label features the same great House Rules blend you love, but with a limited-edition artist-designed sticker on every bag. A rotating gallery of artwork from our featured artists, making each delivery unique. Same 12oz bag, same price, extra art.
Monthly subscriptions have no commitment — cancel anytime. A 3-month commitment saves 5%, a 6-month commitment saves 10% and includes a surprise art gift, and a yearly commitment saves 15% with free shipping on every delivery plus an art gift. After the commitment period, your subscription continues month-to-month at the same rate.
You can change your blend selections, delivery quantity (1-4 bags), and delivery frequency anytime from your account dashboard. Changes apply to your next delivery.
Shipping is free on all yearly plans and any delivery with 3 or more bags. For other plans with 1-2 bags, shipping is $5 per delivery. We ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Absolutely! You can pause your subscription anytime from your account. You won't be charged while paused, and you can resume whenever you're ready.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. Commitment plans run through the end of the commitment period, then continue month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime.
Six-month and yearly subscribers receive a unique piece of art from one of our gallery artists. It's our way of saying thanks for your commitment — and it makes a great conversation piece next to your coffee setup.
